With 20 years of experience across retirement, aged care, health, education, and churches, he has developed a strong understanding of the unique needs of these sectors. His background in commercial construction, spanning roles from laborer to Project Manager, gives him a multifaceted perspective on the industry. As Head of Project Management and Senior Development Manager at SDG, James oversees all facets of the project life cycle, ensuring successful delivery from site acquisition to commissioning. Prior to joining SDG, he spent 13 years at major not-for-profit aged care provider, IRT Group, leading projects that optimised residents' quality of life. James is passionate about delivering high-quality social infrastructure that enriches communities and enables the local church to flourish. He holds an MBA from the University of Wollongong and a Bachelor of Construction Management from WSU.
