Ryan is an experienced innovator, human centred designer and strategist with a passion for building stronger communities, activating spaces and enriching lives. He has more than 20 years’ experience gleaned across the fields of Service Innovation, Brand Management, Business Development, Property Development and Market Research within the property, not-for-profit, aged care, education and FMCG sectors. As Head of Client Engagement, Ryan loves to build strong and enduring relationships with faith-based landowners, tenants and delivery partners, working collaboratively to create sustainable property strategies and identify pathways for successful project delivery. Prior to SDG, Ryan worked for 9 years at Anglicare Sydney, most recently as Head of Customer Strategy and Innovation. In this role, he had oversight for the development of new service models and design concepts across seniors living, affordable housing and integrated settings, embedded a human-centred approach to innovation. Ryan holds a PhD in Marketing, awarded by UNSW, and a Business Science Honours degree from the University of Cape Town.
