Peter is an experienced leader with a strong background in organisational and people management. Since 2012, he has served at the Centre for Ministry Development (Moore Theological College) and Partners in Ministry, where he leads a team dedicated to coaching and guiding church leaders to be more effective in their ministry efforts. His work includes consulting with churches, training clergy and lay groups, and facilitating workshops to enhance church leadership. Prior to ministry, Peter gained over 21 years of leadership, strategy, and business experience in the pharmaceuticals industry, where he held executive and general management roles across Australia and Southeast Asia. Peter is passionate about helping church leaders focus on key ministry drivers to maximize their impact on their communities.
