Andrew is a seasoned financial leader with over 25 years of experience in corporate governance, compliance, and risk management. He has held CFO, COO, and Finance Director roles across sectors such as professional services, financial services, property, aged care, and retail. As Chief Financial Officer at SDG, Andrew is responsible for financial planning, analysis & reporting, managing financial risks, providing strategic advice and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Prior to SDG, he held senior roles in investment banking, hedge funds, and property styling, and has served on several Boards as Director and Company Secretary. Passionate about using his expertise to support SDG’s mission, Andrew is committed to driving lasting social impact. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), trained at PwC in London, and holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
