Many church groups, notably Sydney Anglicans, are considering how they might better activate exceptionally well-located church sites such that they might be better used for church ministry, and to intentionally meet the needs of the surrounding community through the provision of affordable housing, specialist disability accommodation, seniors living, early learning facilities and multiple community and sporting uses. SDG is currently engaged in the concept development, planning, funding and construction oversight of many such projects, for a range of church denominations and faith-based not-for-profits.
