DA approval at Sadleir the perfect finish to a great year!

What a great way to finish up 2025 with another approval...this time at Sadleir.

This week Liverpool City Council formally approved the delivery of a new preschool on the grounds of St Mark's Anglican Church at Sadleir.

The preschool will create 60 new early learning places in a region where quality preschool services are in high demand. The new centre will include children’s activity rooms, administrative offices and outdoor play areas, offering a safe, engaging, and developmentally enriching environment for young learners.

Importantly, the preschool space will also be available for church use during evenings and weekends, fostering deeper engagement between the church and local families.

This project was made possible through a NSW Government Start Strong Grant, the application for which SDG compiled in collaboration with Sydney Anglican Property and operator Integricare.

Projects like this are such a great use of church land and promise to be a real game-changer for local communities, as much-needed social infrastructure is delivered where it's needed most.

SDG is looking forward to overseeing construction in 2026!
