Leading developer Traders In Purple (TIP) has been selected to progress a visionary urban renewal project adjacent to the future Five Dock Metro Station. Originated and facilitated by SDG as advisers to the (Sydney) Anglican Church Growth Corporation, TIP envisions a mixed-use development that includes housing, public spaces, offices, retail areas, restoration of the historic St Alban’s Anglican Church, and construction of additional church ministry spaces.
