Grace City Church has been worshipping in Waterloo for 10 years but is looking to relocate to a site in Rosebery to better cater for its current and future needs, including those of parishioners and the surrounding community.
SDG was engaged to provide strategic and town planning advice for an up-front options review, then acted as the tenant representative during lease negotiations and contract review, and is now project managing the fit-out of the church's new site at 5/5-15 Epsom Rd, Rosebery.
This process will require a DA approval for change of use from light industrial to a place of public worship, while the fit-out works will be submitted under a complying development pathway.
Grace City's vision for the site is to be a positive and consistent presence in the local community and the project is set to deliver (over two stages):
