Exciting times are ahead for Sovereign Grace Church at Wahroonga in Sydney's North with SDG Real Estate having closed a property purchase deal on behalf of the church.
When church representatives reached out to our team of Jason Squires and Sophie Woodley late last year, they were looking to transition from the uncertainty of leasing space for mid-week activities and offices to a more permanent arrangement.
Now after a detailed needs analysis, property search and negotiation process, the team this week officially exchanged on a commercial premises in Thornleigh. The new site gives the church capacity to run their smaller mid-week gatherings such as youth group, office capacity for up to 15 staff and the confidence of a permanent home!
