Anne is a highly experienced and results-driven infrastructure, construction, and real estate professional, delivering successful outcomes in the industry for over 25 years. She has held senior leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel, and Commercial Director, at organizations such as Suez Environment, Lendlease, Macquarie Capital, and various NSW government agencies. As Executive Director of Commercial Advisory and General Counsel at SDG, Anne oversees legal and commercial matters, supporting strategic project delivery. Prior to SDG, she was a Division Director at Macquarie Capital, advising on major infrastructure projects across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. Anne is passionate about guiding not-for-profits in the social and affordable housing sector. She is a solicitor admitted to practice in NSW, a Chartered Accountant, and holds both an MBA from Macquarie Business School and a Master of Laws (Honours) from UTS.
