As General Manager - Transactions at Sustainable Development Group (SDG), Garth serves as the organisation's commercial lead, bringing together strategy, capital, partnerships and transaction execution to transform opportunities into successful outcomes.
Having led significant transactions and development initiatives across government, not-for-profit and private sector organisations, Garth specialises in identifying opportunities, solving complex capital challenges and creating commercial structures that enable projects to proceed.
His experience spans affordable and social housing, mixed-use developments, development partnerships, portfolio strategy, capital raising and large-scale transaction execution.
