Geoff brings more than 30 years of experience across a diverse range of for-profit and for-purpose enterprises, spanning real estate development, corporate finance, funds management, governance, risk management, management consulting, education, disability services, and Indigenous Australia. As SDG’s Chief Investment/Operations Officer and a member of the Executive Leadership Team, he is responsible for investment strategy and frameworks, investor liaison, internal operations, and providing strategic advice more broadly. Prior to joining SDG, Geoff held senior roles at Macquarie Group, Lendlease, and Citta Property Group, and has recently worked in various capacities across the housing sector, including private, affordable, student, and disability housing. Working at SDG enables Geoff to fully integrate his extensive commercial expertise with his passion for positive social impact and his Christian faith. Geoff is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) and holds two First Class Honours degrees—one in civil engineering from the University of Sydney and the other in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) from the University of Oxford, where he was the inaugural Bradman Scholar.
