Jai is a seasoned impact investment specialist with a career spanning investment banking, superannuation, social entrepreneurship and ministry. Prior to joining SDG, Jai was co-founder of Embassy Property Advisors, an advisory company assisting Not-For-Profit organisations to redevelop underused land holdings. Jai honed his skills while working at Christian Super on their impact investment portfolio. He later served as an executive director at Brightlight Investment Management, where he worked on several landmark transactions within affordable housing, church renewable energy retrofits and disability housing. Prior to these roles, Jai founded a small but pioneering rehabilitation ministry in India, as well as an online social enterprise fashion retail business, which was acquired in 2016.
