Jai is a seasoned impact investment specialist with a diverse background in investment management, superannuation, social entrepreneurship, and ministry. With over 15 years of experience, Jai has worked across sectors to drive impact-focused initiatives and transactions. As the General Manager of SDG Capital and Advisory, Jai leads efforts to deliver capital and investment solutions that align with the mission of SDG and generate sustainable community benefits. He also serves on the board of global NGO, Opportunity International. Prior to joining SDG, Jai co-founded Embassy Property Advisors, helping not-for-profits redevelop underutilised land. He also held key roles at Brightlight Investment Management, where he worked on landmark transactions in affordable housing, renewable energy retrofits for churches, and disability housing. Jai is passionate about leveraging investments to foster social and environmental impact. He holds a Bachelor of International Relations from ANU and a Master of Professional Ethics from UNSW.
