Jason is a strategic and results-driven leader committed to sustainable development, people-focused solutions, and collaborative project delivery. With over 20 years of experience in the property sector, he has held roles across private and not-for-profit organisations, including Marketing and Acquisitions Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Senior Development Manager, with his work being recognized by the Master Builders Association and Urban Development Institute of Australia. As Head of Acquisitions and Senior Development Manager at SDG, Jason leads projects that acquire and activate land, engaging local communities and creating opportunities for sharing the Gospel. Prior to SDG, Jason served as Senior Development Manager at Anglicare Sydney. He is passionate about sustainable development that benefits communities and prioritises collaboration to meet client needs. Jason holds an MBA from Newcastle University and studied business at St Leo University (USA) on an athletic scholarship.
