Lachlan is a creative leader committed to innovation in property development and sustainability, with over 13 years of experience across development, design, and project management in both public and private sectors. He is the founder of Embassy Property Advisors, assisting not-for-profits in redeveloping underutilised land. As Head of Innovation and Senior Development Manager at SDG, Lachlan leads development initiatives that will improve living and working experiences within local communities and deliver new church infrastructure, focusing on development partner procurement and Project Delivery Agreements (PDA). Prior to SDG, he was a Development Manager for the NSW Land and Housing Corporation at Communities Plus. Lachlan is passionate about promoting housing affordability and advancing environmental and social sustainability. He holds a postgraduate certificate in Property Development and Planning from UTS and a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from UNSW.
