Lachlan brings over 13 years of experience in various public and private sector roles, including as Development Manager, Design Manager, Project Manager, and Landscape Architect. He holds a postgraduate degree in Property Development and Planning from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and has contributed to a diverse range of multi-disciplinary design and development projects in both Australia and China. Prior to joining Sustainable Development Group Ltd (SDG), Lachlan served as a Development Manager for the NSW Land and Housing Corporation at Communities Plus. He also co-founded Embassy Property Advisors, an advisory firm assisting not-for-profits in redeveloping underutilised land assets.
Passionate about enhancing the environmental and social sustainability of our built environment, Lachlan strives to improve living and working experiences in our towns and cities while promoting housing affordability. More recently, he has focused on providing SDG's landowner clients with development partner procurement and Project Delivery Agreement (PDA) services. In the past 18 months, Lachlan has played a key role in the successful procurement and execution of PDAs at Five Dock and Lane Cove, which will deliver new church infrastructure, community spaces, commercial/retail areas, and residential units, including affordable dwellings, in partnership with industry-leading developers.
