Louise is a purpose-driven leader with over 15 years’ experience spanning strategy, human-centred design and program delivery across government and financial services. A trusted adviser to senior executives, she partners with diverse stakeholders to translate complex challenges into practical, impactful solutions. Prior to joining SDG, Louise held several senior roles within the NSW Government, including as Senior Policy Adviser to the Premier and Treasurer of NSW, where she contributed to major policy and reform initiatives. As Head of Operations at SDG, Louise leads business operations with a focus on continuous improvement, operational excellence and sustainable growth. She is passionate about enabling teams and organisations to deliver meaningful outcomes for communities in need. Louise holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and is Agile certified.
