Peter is an experienced leader in organisational and people management. Since 2012 he has been employed by the Centre for Ministry Development (Moore Theological College) and Partners in Ministry. Peter leads a team that guides and coaches church leaders to focus on the key drivers of church ministry and to be more effective in their implementation. This involves working with clergy, consulting to churches, facilitating workshops and training both clergy and lay groups. Prior to ministry, Peter gained strong leadership, strategy, people management and business experience over 21 years in the pharmaceuticals industry. He has fulfilled general management, executive management, business consultancy, marketing, training and sales roles across Australia and Southeast Asia.
