Phoebe is a skilled development professional with a background in drainage and structural engineering. As a Development Manager at SDG, Phoebe plays a key role in project coordination and property strategy, helping churches steward their assets in a way that is logistically feasible, financially wise, and ethically conscious. Prior to SDG, Phoebe worked with the Civil Team at AECOM, contributing to a variety of projects from small-scale drainage designs to large-scale road corridor upgrades, to improve community access, amenity, and quality of life. Passionate about ministry and the local church, she finds great purpose in working on infrastructure projects that foster compassionate communities anchored in faith. Phoebe holds a degree in Civil Engineering and Architecture from UNSW.
