Richard is a qualified architect and has over 20 years of experience in the property industry. He has extensive expertise in delivering medium-density and mixed-use residential, aged care, retirement living, and commercial projects. Richard is a Senior Development Manager and Head of Delivery at SDG. Richard ensures the success of each project by expertly balancing commercial objectives with design excellence. He is passionate about addressing housing affordability and creating developments that benefit local communities. Prior to joining SDG, Richard played a pivotal role at Anglicare Sydney as Lead Development Manager on major aged care and affordable housing projects. Richard holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and master’s in Property Development from UNSW.
