Richard is a qualified architect, with more than 20 years’ experience in the property industry and a Masters in Property Development from UNSW. Over this period he has gained in-depth experience in the delivery of medium density and mixed use residential, aged care, retirement living and commercial projects. Richard has led projects for large and small organisations and is proficient at applying his skills to achieve holistic balance between commercial imperatives and design quality to deliver project success. Richard has an interest in housing affordability, shaped by his role at Anglicare Sydney prior to joining SDG. He was a Lead Development Manager in the organisation’s successful bid for funding to develop, own and operate 550 social and affordable housing apartments across ten sites.
