Ryan is an experienced innovator, human centred designer and strategist with a passion for building stronger communities, activating spaces and enriching lives. He has 20 years’ experience gleaned across the fields of Service Innovation, Brand Management, Business Development, Property Development and Market Research within the property, not-for-profit, aged care, education and FMCG sectors. Prior to SDG, Ryan worked for 9 years at Anglicare Sydney, most recently as Head of Customer Strategy and Innovation. In this role, he had oversight for the initiation and development of many new service models and property design concepts across seniors living, affordable housing and integrated settings, embedded a human-centred approach to innovation. He considers the successful tender for funding and subsequent delivery of 550 social and affordable dwellings as one of his most memorable achievements at Anglicare. Ryan holds a PhD in Marketing, awarded by UNSW, and a Business Science Honours degree from the University of Cape Town.
