Wilson is an Assistant Development Manager at SDG, leveraging his expertise in both onsite operations and high-level project delivery to execute developments that serve the local church and address broader community needs. He has experience in both the construction and healthcare industries and has worked with diverse communities, serving in Christian organisations to support young adults, youth, and individuals with disabilities. At SDG, Wilson focuses on integrating special disability accommodation, affordable housing, and community-focused elements into developments that align with ministry goals. Prior to SDG, Wilson worked in healthcare, fostering a commitment to supporting the vulnerable. He is passionate about reactivating underutilised assets to serve the community, as an expression of the Gospel. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property from UNSW.
